BAY TO BREAKERS:
On Sunday May 18, 2008 to accommodate runners for the BAY TO BREAKERS event there will be a 6:30 a.m. Ferry departure from the Vallejo Ferry Terminal, arriving at the San Francisco Ferry Building in approximately 55 minutes. (Regular fares and policies apply, vessel capacity is 300 passengers)

MAY REVISIONS TO GOVERNOR’S 2008-09 STATE BUDGET - MORE TRANSIT FUNDS AT RISK:

Today, the Governor released his required “May Revisions” to the 2008-09 State Budget,
updating the proposal he originally made on January 10 th of this year. In his proposal,
more than $1 billion in dedicated transit funds are proposed to be diverted to help
solve the State’s ongoing General Fund crisis. We will work with our Executive
Committee and Legislative Committee to determine the exact impact on transit, and we’ll
be asking you to help us shore up support for transit in the Legislature. More.

Alcohol Consumption:
In accordance with California State Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) rules, only alcoholic beverages (liquor, wine, beer) purchased onboard may be consumed onboard. Opening or consuming alcoholic beverages purchased elsewhere is strictly forbidden. Vallejo Baylink will not serve passengers who appear to be intoxicated. Alcohol will not be served on trips that return to Vallejo from AT&T Park after Giants baseball games.
