requests of 15 or more people must be processed by Baylink, and paid-in-full

Parking & Ticket Collection
Arrive early to allow enough time to find
parking and buy your ticket before boarding the ferry. All tickets will
be inspected before passengers are allowed to board all Baylink ferries and
buses. Vallejo Baylink Management asks that all riders cooperate fully with
the ticket verification procedure.
Unattended Bags
For many years we have followed an informal protocol of arriving at the Vallejo
dock and dropping our belongings to hold our place in line. As you know, however,
times have changed. Coast Guard security policies have been established and
dictate that unattended bags will be confiscated as a security risk. If security
procedures are not followed, incoming ferries will not be allowed to dock,
Vallejo Baylink will face serious fines, and customers will not be able to
retrieve unattended bags. If you frequent Mugg's coffee shop or the Vallejo
Terminal ticket office, please do not leave bags unattended. Thank you for
your cooperation.
Bicycles
Subject to capacity limitations, bikes
are welcomed and encouraged.
Alcohol Consumption
In accordance with California State Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) rules,
only alcoholic beverages (liquor, wine, beer) purchased onboard may be consumed
onboard. Opening or consuming alcoholic beverages purchased elsewhere is strictly
forbidden. Vallejo Baylink will not serve passengers who appear to be intoxicated.
Alcohol will not be served on trips that return to Vallejo from AT&T Park
after Giants baseball games.
Pets
Service animals are allowed onboard the ferry when accompanied by a person
whose disability requires use of the animal. Pets are also allowed on all
City of Vallejo ferries and buses in accordance with the pet
and service animal policy.
Complaint Procedure
The City of Vallejo has in place a Title VI Complaint Procedure, which outlines
a process for local disposition of Title VI complaints and is consistent with
guidelines found in Chapter XI of the Federal Administration Circular 4702.IA,
effective May 14, 2007. The complaint procedure has five steps. View the City
