Please feel free to contact the City of Vallejo, Blue & Gold, or Baylink management regarding any customer service issues, positive or negative. All three entities cooperatively respond to all inquiries received. The Vallejo Baylink ferry service is a public-private partnership. The City of Vallejo owns the vessels, facilities, infrastructure, and capital inventory. Baylink is operated under contract by Blue & Gold Fleet, a privately held company. The City has also contracted for day-to-day management and oversight of Baylink with Fast Ferry Management, Inc., another privately held firm. For unresolved issues, please contact Baylink or the City of Vallejo directly.
