Please feel free to contact Blue & Gold or Baylink management regarding any customer service issues, positive or negative. All entities cooperatively respond to all inquiries received. The Vallejo Baylink ferry service is a public-private partnership. The City owns the vessels, facilities, infrastructure, and capital inventory. Baylink is operated under contract by Blue & Gold Fleet, a privately held company. The City has also contracted for day-to-day management and oversight of Baylink with Fast Ferry Management, Inc., another privately held firm. For unresolved issues, please contact Baylink or San Francisco Bay Ferry under the City's Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA) .
